While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content, results, or recommendations are error-free, complete, or up-to-date. Any decisions you make based on our content are your responsibility. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of our services.

You agree to use Morpheusglobal.ai only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

You must not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission — use automated tools such as bots or scrapers to extract data — or upload or share unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations and may take legal action where appropriate.

All materials on Morpheusglobal.ai — including assessments, reports, graphics, the NEO AI system, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of Fenix Labs Inc. unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorised use is prohibited and may lead to legal enforcement.

If you create an account, you must provide accurate details and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

By registering, you consent to receive service-related communications such as updates and results. Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Morpheusglobal.ai uses artificial intelligence (AI) across multiple features of the platform. This section applies to all AI-powered features including but not limited to: the PPS Assessment role mapping engine, Career Pathway generation, Career Insights and role recommendations, NEO Chat (AI text counsellor), NEO Voice Agent (AI voice counsellor), Session Memory and session summaries, and any other AI-generated content or recommendations.

AI outputs are informational only. All AI-generated content — including career role recommendations, pathway suggestions, counselling responses, session summaries, college matches, and readiness scores — is generated by automated systems and is provided for informational and guidance purposes only. These outputs do not constitute professional career counselling, psychological assessment, academic advising, financial advice, or any other form of licensed professional advice.

AI can make errors. AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or contextually inappropriate responses. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content when making important career, educational, or financial decisions.

NEO is not a licensed counsellor. NEO — our AI voice and text counsellor — is an AI system, not a qualified human career counsellor, psychologist, or therapist. While NEO is designed to provide helpful, personalised guidance, its responses are generated by a large language model and may not always reflect your full situation, values, or circumstances.

Human oversight recommended. For significant decisions — including stream selection, university applications, career changes, or overseas study — we strongly recommend consulting qualified professionals such as licensed career counsellors, academic advisors, and relevant educators in addition to using our platform.

We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content. By using AI features on our platform, you acknowledge and accept that such content is assistive and informational, and that final decisions remain entirely your own responsibility.

Morpheusglobal.ai may be used by students including minors, and may be offered through schools or other educational organisations.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, or an authorised school representative.

If our services are accessed by children under 13 in jurisdictions that require verifiable parental consent for online data collection, use must be authorised by a parent or guardian or the school in a manner compliant with applicable law.

Where an educational organisation provides access, the organisation represents it has obtained any required consents and will supervise student use.

Our tools provide informational guidance and are not a substitute for professional career counselling, psychological assessment, or academic advising.

Any disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise required by mandatory local laws in your jurisdiction.
